GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These general terms and conditions apply to all sales made by our company unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any purchasing conditions from our customers will be considered only if expressly accepted by our company in writing.

• The goods are sold with a retention of title clause, meaning ownership and full control of the goods are transferred to the buyer only upon full payment of the agreed price.
• The goods travel at the customer’s risk and peril, even if sold free of destination charges.
• Product insurance can be requested with the related charge included in the invoice. The insurance coverage starts from the moment the goods are picked up from our warehouse.
• Invoice payments must be made within the terms set in the order confirmation to our legal office.
• Late payment, even partial, of invoices at their due date will incur late payment interest at the current bank rate (ABI +2%) and any associated charges, which will be borne by the buyer.
• In case of non-payment, even partial, of an invoice, we reserve the right to suspend all subsequent supplies.
• The warranty on our equipment is 24 months (twenty-four months) from the date of registration (as decoded from the serial number label on the device itself).
• During the warranty period, faulty devices, or those presumed to be faulty, will be repaired free of charge (labor and spare parts) if received at our laboratory freight prepaid. The cost of transportation for returning the repaired equipment will be borne by us.
• Parts replaced under warranty are only those found to be defective due to manufacturing faults and/or material defects, and do not entitle the buyer to compensation for direct or consequential damages or other costs.
• The complete replacement of the device or repair of the fault is subject to the company’s sole discretion.
• Obvious signs of poor storage, tampering, incorrect wiring, use outside the conditions described in the technical specifications, and generally visible signs of deterioration, including on external casings, will void the warranty.
• The warranty on the product is void if the buyer does not comply with the payment terms agreed upon at the time of purchase.

Any disputes regarding the nature and quality of the products or services provided must be communicated by registered letter or fax within 2 weeks from delivery. After this period, the goods or service will be considered definitively accepted. For any dispute regarding the sale, interpretation, or execution of our contracts, the competent court will be the Court of Bologna.
